Each user may hold only one kissapk account. Your account balance is held in MYR and is subject to the verification, withdrawal, and bonus conditions described in these Terms.
All kissapk bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and game contribution rates. Abuse of the bonus system — including multi-accounting — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account suspension.
All games on kissapk are sourced from independently certified studios. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, or engage in collusion is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

By accessing the kissapk Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the kissapk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, as amended from time to time.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kissapk Platform. kissapk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notification of material changes will be sent to the email address registered on your kissapk Account. Your continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
To register and use the kissapk Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
kissapk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a User is found to be under the age of 21 at any point, kissapk will immediately close the Account, void all bets placed, and return net deposits (excluding any winnings) in accordance with applicable law. The kissapk Platform must not be used by individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded or who have been excluded by kissapk.
Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) kissapk Account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, kissapk reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kissapk Account credentials. kissapk will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify kissapk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. kissapk accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
kissapk operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. We reserve the right to require identity verification documents — including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification — before processing any withdrawal or at any time during account operation. Failure to satisfactorily complete verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
kissapk supports the following payment channels in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR): Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and major cryptocurrencies. The minimum deposit is RM 10. kissapk does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply independent charges for which kissapk bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. kissapk reserves the right to apply additional verification before processing withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will not be processed where account verification is incomplete, where the account is under investigation, or where the withdrawal would reduce the account balance below any applicable minimum balance requirement linked to active wagering requirements.
All transactions on the kissapk Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of receipt. kissapk accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency transactions.
An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. kissapk reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of RM 10 to inactive account balances, until the balance reaches zero or the User reactivates their Account by logging in.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kissapk Platform:
kissapk reserves the right to void bets, forfeit funds, and permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, without prior notice.
All content on the kissapk Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of kissapk or its licensed content partners. No User is granted any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any kissapk content without prior written authorisation. The kissapk name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary marks and may not be used without express written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kissapk's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by that User during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kissapk shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage; (b) loss of profits or expected savings; (c) service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, including payment providers or internet service providers; (d) losses arising from the User's own negligence or failure to secure their account credentials.
The kissapk Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While kissapk makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or continuously available.

A User may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting kissapk support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after pending wagering requirements are resolved will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus Funds are not returnable upon voluntary closure.
kissapk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice where there is a suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirement, or court order. In cases of permanent closure due to User breach, kissapk reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceeding.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the internationally recognised gaming authority licensing framework under which kissapk operates. kissapk and Users agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through the kissapk complaints process before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. Nothing in this clause prevents kissapk from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any competent court of jurisdiction.
